How it was made

Design your character once: consistent face, wardrobe and mood for every shot.

Character sheet of an elderly grandmother, kind eyes, knitted cardigan — front, profile and three-quarter views, consistent features, soft studio light

Block the story in frames using the character sheet, so the film stays consistent.

Storyboard keyframes: grandmother by lamplight opening a letter, close-up of trembling hands, wide shot with rain on the window — cinematic, muted palette

Bring the chosen keyframe to life as a finished cinematic shot.

Warm lamp light: the grandmother reads the letter aloud, gentle push-in, rain on the window — the character from the sheet, scene three of the storyboard
