The queue and Run now
The short answer
A video on an Unlimited pass costs no credits, so it waits in a queue and starts when its turn comes. Press Run now for on its card to start it at once at its normal price.

Which videos wait
A video waits in the queue when it runs on an Unlimited pass: one you bought, or one that came with your plan. Under the prompt, the Unlimited switch is on, the line below it says no credits are used and the video is queued, and the button reads Generate · Unlimited.
- Turn Unlimited off to pay credits and start at once. The line then says the video uses credits and starts now.
- A setting your pass doesn’t cover uses credits too, and the line says what the pass covers.
How the queue works
One Unlimited generation runs at a time in each workspace. Up to 20 can wait in the queue. On Team Pro, a video waits at least 20 minutes. On Team MAX, a video waits at least 15 minutes.
Nothing is charged while a video waits. Each waiting video sits at the top of your Library, marked Waiting in the Unlimited queue, until it starts.
Run now
Press Run now for on a waiting video’s card to start it at once. The button shows the video’s normal price, and that is what it costs. If your balance is too low, the video keeps its place in the queue.
- Run now for shows in the browser tab you pressed Generate in. After a reload, the card offers CANCEL only.
Cancel a waiting video
Press CANCEL on its card. Nothing was charged for it, so nothing comes back, and the video never starts.
Questions
Do I pay for a video while it waits?
No. A video on your Unlimited pass costs no credits, waiting or not. Only Run now for charges, at the video’s normal price.
Can I see when my video will start?
No. The queue doesn’t show a start time. Your waiting videos stay at the top of your Library until they start.
How do I skip the queue for one video?
Turn Unlimited off under the prompt before you press Generate. The video then uses credits and starts at once.
