What your free film is

Until you have used it, every workflow page offers you a free film. Its button reads Make my free film, and the line under it says First film free and No card.

Every step of the workflow runs for you at no cost. Your credits stay where they were.

Who gets one

You get one free film while your workspace has never paid. Sign-up comes first: Make my free film asks you to create a free account, and the film starts once you have.

A workspace that has paid makes its films with credits, and the button reads Make my film.

How it looks

A free film is made at the workflow’s lowest quality. When a workflow lets you choose Quality, the higher choices are locked on a free film, and each lock says how to open it.

Your free film carries the OpenClips watermark. You can post your film anywhere.

Your film without the watermark

Press Download under your film. Remove the watermark offers this one film clean, as a one-time purchase that adds no credits.

After your free film

Make another film opens Make your next film, with a plan or a top-up to pick. From then on, your films use credits. How credits work explains them.

You can also share your film. Under it, Get free videos gives you your own link, and you earn credits when a friend you bring buys.
